Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Period

We offer a 14-day period from the date of purchase during which you may request a refund if you are not satisfied with your course. To be eligible for a refund during this period, you must have accessed less than 25% of the course content.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund within the 14-day period:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • You must have completed less than 25% of the course modules
  • You must provide a reason for your refund request
  • Your account must not have downloaded or saved course materials

2. After 14 Days

Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may approve refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Documented technical issues that prevented course access and were not resolved by our support team
  • Significant discrepancies between course description and actual content
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Please note that disappointment with course difficulty, time commitment required, or lack of immediate results does not qualify for refunds after the 14-day period.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • More than 25% of course content has been accessed
  • Course materials have been downloaded or distributed
  • Request is made after 14 days without exceptional circumstances
  • User violated our Terms and Conditions
  • Certificate of completion has been issued
  • Account was used to share access with others

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order number and registered email address
  3. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request

We will respond to your refund request via email. If approved, we will process the refund and revoke your course access.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Your course access will be immediately revoked

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Our courses are priced as complete packages, and individual modules cannot be refunded separately.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many technical issues can be quickly resolved. Refunds due to technical problems will only be considered if:

  • You have documented the issues and contacted support
  • Our support team was unable to resolve the problems within a reasonable timeframe
  • The issues prevented meaningful course access

8. Course Updates and Changes

We occasionally update course content to maintain relevance and accuracy. These updates do not qualify existing students for refunds. If we make significant changes that fundamentally alter a course you've purchased, we will notify you and discuss options.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us for a refund, we will consider this a violation of our Terms and Conditions. We will provide documentation of the purchase and refund policy to your payment provider. Chargeback abuse may result in permanent ban from our services.

10. Fair Usage

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect patterns indicating abuse of our refund policy, such as:

  • Multiple refund requests from the same individual
  • Evidence of downloading or copying course materials before requesting a refund
  • Sharing course access before requesting a refund

11. Exceptions

In cases of serious illness, financial hardship, or other exceptional personal circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy. Such requests must be accompanied by appropriate documentation and will be evaluated individually.

12. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days.
